1. About FoxyCraft Launcher

FoxyCraft Launcher is a free, unofficial launcher that runs Minecraft: Java Edition on Android devices. By downloading or using the launcher, or by using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the launcher or this website.

2. The software

The launcher is provided free of charge and “as is”, without warranties of any kind — see the License page for the full terms. We work hard to keep every release stable, but we cannot guarantee that the launcher will work on every device or be free of bugs.

3. The game itself

FoxyCraft Launcher does not include Minecraft. Game resources are downloaded from Mojang when you install the game inside the launcher. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang/Microsoft — playing the game is subject to Mojang’s End User License Agreement and Microsoft’s terms, and online play uses your own Microsoft account. FoxyCraft Launcher is an unofficial project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang or Microsoft.

4. Your responsibilities

• Use the launcher and this website lawfully and respectfully.
• You are responsible for your device, your accounts and any data or worlds you create while playing.
• Download the launcher only from this website. Copies offered by other sites are not published or endorsed by us, and we are not responsible for them.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to this website or its admin area.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxy Playzz is not liable for any damage, data loss or other loss arising from the use of the launcher or this website.
